About Abushady
Abushady is here to remind us of the importance of living from our Hearts. He communicates and delivers this message through his songs and performance, through teaching in-person and online, through his writings, and through his active presence. Born and raised in New York, Abushady has traveled to India to study with yogis and immersed himself deep in his personal practice. He is now living in Costa Rica surrounded by jungle, rivers and ocean with his family. He is the creator of Man of the Heart, a 3-month mentorship which guides men out of the confusion and suffering of the mind into the completeness of living as the Heart. His intent is to serve others as himself, to love others as himself, and to guide others to remember this innate and true connection we all have through our hearts, into the One Heart.

In a world with more and more misinformation, experiencing a session with Abushady was extremely helpful. Reading about it simply does not produce the same effect. It was empowering to know I was working with someone who embodied these practices in his daily life. Abushadys class was authentically taught and you can see how he lives the practices he teaches.
